The best waffles in Nykarleby in one of the most genuine and historical spots in town. Great views of the bridge and church as well

A great little find as we were just stopping for a coffee and cake. The person taking the order spoke exceptionally good English and explained all the options to us. All is home made. We went for the lemon meringue pie. It was excellent with just the right amount of lemon sour coming through. The inside is quite different with the walls all having painting made directly on the paper, and all being historic. There are different types of seating including a sofa. There is outside seating for a nice day. It is an old building and the cafe is in keeping with that style.

I asked for something meaty to eat and got an amazing empanada! But we came there for a nice coffee on the river. Nice seating outside and inside with view of the bridge and river.
